Scott Walker is an associate principal of Outsource, and has been with the firm since 1998. Through his years of experience in the industry from Field Specialist to Senior Project Manager and beyond, Scott has attained complete knowledge of the municipal regulatory processes, making him a critical player in executing Outsource's alteration filings.

In his role, Scott is responsible for the entire Filing Division and personally attends kick-off meetings on all projects to determine the scope of work, then assigning staff members best suited to the particular job.
