Mount Sinai planned for a new 100,000 square foot hospital in Long Island City, Queens. The new hospital is equipped with emergency care and ambulatory entrance on the ground floor.

Outsource provided building code consultation from the project’s inception. This included egress considerations, fire walls, ADA compliance and more. Outsource pulled all permits and secured all job approvals for the building on a deadline in order for the project to receive funding. The certificate of occupancy process was completed in stages so the hospital could open up the much needed floors as they were completed.
