100 Luquer Street is a Karl Fischer designed 11-story condominium building located in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn. The building offers unobstructed views of the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge and Downtown Manhattan.

Due to the height of the building in a residential area, Outsource found compliance solutions by amending plans to meet the buildings special zoning requirements. Outsource filed several applications for the job, including a DEP filing and secured multiple permits.
