The Archer Hotel is a contemporary boutique hotel located near Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan. Designed by Peter Poon, the 22-story hotel boasts industrial charm with its exposed brick, glass and steel.

The project required a careful demolition of the existing structure. Outsource played a substantial role in the hotel’s development by resolving key DOB objections related to accessibility. Areas amounting to additional one or two floors were added due to the front arcade. Outsource filed several applications on the project including new building and alterations with multiple work types and a final certificate of occupancy.
