Outsource Consultants was part of the team building the first full-menu Chick-fil-A in Manhattan. This represents the first full menu Chick-fil-A restaurant in New York City. Outsource filed an interior demolition so the existing office and retail space could be altered for eating and drinking. The new restaurant encompasses the first and second floors as well as the cellar.

Outsource resolved a number of complications on the project. Plumbing plans had to be amended as gas pipes were removed in favor of an all-electric system. Outsource also removed a stop work order that was issued due to a lack of ventilation during concrete mixing. Quickly removing the stop work order saved two weeks on the project timeline. Outsource provided consultation on the project throughout, obtained a TCO and secured all applications and permits including FDNY and place of assembly.
