Dior is a French luxury goods brand established in 1946 and currently operating under the LVMH umbrella. Dior built its largest retail location into the LVMH Tower on Manhattan’s elegant 57th Street. Built in 1998, the LVMH Tower is an beloved building with a unique, angular facade. Outsource has assisted in several fit-outs in the LVMH Tower, including the Dior store.

Designed by Peter Marino, the Dior store occupies the ground floor storefront of the LVMH Tower. Outsource had a hands-on role in the development, providing consultation, securing applications, permits, multi-agency approvals and a final certificate of occupancy.
