Delmy Connor, Account Executive, joined the Outsource team in 2012 as Violations Project Manager. Supported by her background in property management, she led the violations team for four years, attending hearings, mitigating fines and, most importantly, eliminating critical violations like Stop Work Order and Work Without a Permit. She also served as Sign-Off Manager for two years before taking on the Account Executive role in 2018.

Ms. Connor currently manages multiple client accounts, making sure their projects are handled with the utmost care and importance. She brings her natural leadership skills and deep knowledge of building compliance to ensure that every account she oversees reaches completion successfully.
