This property is a combination of one existing building, and four reconstructed buildings. Three of the buildings are designed with a riveted steel façade, the 20th-century material that continues the off-site fabrication tradition established by cast-iron architecture.

Dior, which opened its boutique here in 2014, desired an interior buildout, calling upon Outsource to consult on how to expand the ground floor, making it possible to create an opening into the building next door.
