Dylan’s Candy Bar is a unique retail establishment that purveys exotic candy from around the globe. Shortly after opening, Dylan’s business boomed demanding more space for merchandise and private parties.

Outsource handled the filings for the interior build out of the store including the second floor party room. The interior stair running through all three floors of Dylan’s Candy Bar was originally intended to be enclosed, however the Department of Buildings objected to this design. Outsource successfully negotiated with the DOB and obtained reconsideration for the stairway to be enclosed by glass with supplementary sprinklers on each side of the glass.
