Joseph Roselli co-founded Outsource Consultants in 1993. He sits on the company’s board of officers as Chief Operations Officer.

Joe has been a managing partner at Outsource since its inception. As COO, he oversees the training and performance of five specialized departments that manage thousands of permits, violations and code issues. Joe assists in the strategic planning of all quality control systems that maintain Outsource as one of the leaders in the expediting industry.

Joe holds a bachelor’s in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology.
