NYU Langone’s Science Building is a new facility encompassing more than 365,000 square feet, 10 floors of laboratory space dedicated to research, including wet laboratory space, core facilities, a new vivarium, conference spaces, and public amenities in an expansive, integrated environment. It provides a prominent new gateway to research and education on campus, and incorporates green design approaches and sustainable technologies in order to achieve a minimum of LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Outsource handled all expediting tasks involved in the NYU Langone Health main campus. Laboratory and zoning codes were utilized extensively throughout this project.
