Steven Ruffino has served as Account Executive at Outsource since 2018. After graduating from the New York Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology, Steve joined Outsource in July 2014 as an Assistant Technical Project Manager, and served as Technical Project Manager for three years before taking on his current role.

As Account Executive, Steve’s technical knowledge helps him interpret code provisions, zoning, and construction practices for clients. He is particularly experienced at navigating billing department practices and filing strategies, as well as customer services and client relations. Steve is also an NYC Class 2 Code and Zoning Representative, certified to conduct business with Department of Buildings officials.
