Greystone Development undertook transforming the property dubbed The Marbury, which is landmarked, into 14 luxury condominiums. Initial conversion plans were approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission in the fall of 2016.
Outsource removed the attic and converted it to an 8th floor allowing for two residential apartments to be added with accessory terraces. Outsource helped convert the building from a having a study and bedrooms to two apartments per floor, eight in total. We also obtained ZRD1 approval for an existing non-complying rear yard requirement, and developed a creative solution for less than a 30’ depth throughout the rear yard.
