Wahlburgers is a fast casual dining restaurant and bar owned by chef Paul Wahlburger and his celebrity brothers Mark and Donny. The first Wahlburgers was established in 2014 outside of Boston on the heels of the successful reality show of the same name.

The Coney Island Wahlburgers is located in a redeveloped one story multi-tenant building across the street from the original Nathan’s Famous.

Outsource teamed up with Thor Equities to fit out the one story space. Outsource provided code consultation on the project, as well as submitted all applications including public assembly and secured multiple permits. Due to life safety considerations, Outsource found a compliance solution for a glass stair that leading to the roof deck.
