The YMCA is a nonprofit community organization established in 1844 providing programs and services to build spirit, mind and body. With over 20 locations and serving a half million people, the YMCA of New York is the largest in North America.

The Bronx YMCA at 204 Castle Hill Avenue is the only branch in the Bronx. Nestled along Westchester Creek, the YMCA was merely one gym building. Outsource Consultants teamed up with the YMCA to add an additional fitness building, pool and development of the surrounding waterfront. Because of the waterfront location, the project required Outsource to seek project approval through multiple agencies. Outsource also secured new building, place of assembly and alteration approvals for the project, as well as all corresponding permits.
