WonderWorks developed this Karl Fischer designed luxury condominium that replaced a three-story parking garage. The 21-story condominium contains 48-units and 8 ground floor parking spaces.
Located in a Special Transit Land Use section of the Upper East Side’s Yorkville neighborhood, the project underwent several MTA, DOB and zoning reconsiderations. Outsource found a compromise with the DOB on the project’s curb cut, which was designed before the 1968 Building Code. The new Zoning Amendment required the project be built along the neighboring building’s lot line, removing the lawful court. Outsource consulted on the project and obtained all job approvals and work permits.
