Carlos Duque, Vice President of the Certificate of Occupancy Division, joined Outsource in 1999. Carlos has extensive hands-on industry knowledge stemming from years of meetings with plan examiners and commissioners. Having held multiple industry positions, Carlos truly understands the demands on our clients who manage new buildings and require major alterations.

Carlos currently oversees sign-off projects and attends all Certificate of Occupancy inspections, representing clients with the utmost professionalism and technical knowledge. Carlos is committed to clients, their agenda and is their strongest advocate when dealing with the Department of Buildings. He guides projects, clients and staff with informed decisions that contribute greatly to the most crucial aspect of all construction projects – sign-offs.
