Juan Gomez joined Outsource Consultants in 2010 as part of the Directive 14 filing division and is currently its Senior Project Executive. Juan has a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from The City College of New York. As Senior Project Executive, Juan oversees the approval of various residential, community facility, institutional, and commercial projects ranging from renovations to major alterations and new developments.

Juan provides invaluable technical consultation on a wide range of projects. His ability to anticipate project hurdles and offer viable solutions has been instrumental in gaining approvals and keeping project timetables. As head of the technical department he is the main point of contact for clients and project teams.
