Eataly is an Italian food and wine pavilion created by Maria Batali, Joe Bastianich, Lidia Matticchio Bastianich and Eataly founder Oscar Farinetti. It boasts over 45,000 square feet of space over multiple levels in the former Toy Building on Fifth Avenue.

Outsource teamed up with the lead architectural firm TPG Architecture and provided all multi-agency approvals for the project. With a public assembly requirement for 1,200 persons, Outsource worked diligently on the necessary filings related to the complex egress schemes associated with this landmark building.
