Green Ivy Schools offer innovating development education for children in kindergarten through 5th grade. They have two Manhattan locations. Outsource teamed up with Green Ivy to renovate their new location at 40 Wall Street.

Outsource secured all approvals, permits, amendments and sign offs for the project. Special consideration was paid to an open application with a standpipe work type. Outsource facilitated a solution between the landlord and deputy to ensure the life safety systems were up to code. Outsource secured a Certificate of Occupancy for educational use in time for scheduled classes to begin.
