The Islamic Cultural Center is center for religious and academic study in New York. Built by Permanent Mission of Kuwait to the United Nations, the building was the first mosque built in New York City.

Outsource assisted the center in the first and second floor expansion to include additional classrooms and a cafeteria. The original plans called for two public assembly spaces. Under pressure to complete work before classes were to begin, Outsource was able deliver a temporary certificate of occupancy on deadline by amending and resubmitting plans and signing off applications.
