LVMH is a French fashion conglomerate specializing in luxury goods. It owns over 60 subsidiaries including De Beers, Dior, Fendi, Louis Vuitton and Moet. For its new global flagship, LVMH chose an elegant location on Manhattan’s 57th Street suitable for its chic Louis Vuitton merchandise.

Expertly designed by Peter Marino, the LVMH renovation included an outside wall unique curtain wall system. Outsource found a compliance resolution for the façade. Outsource also filed all applications on the project, pulled all permits and delivered a certificate of occupancy in time for the scheduled opening.
