WonderWorks developed this Karl Fischer designed, luxury condominium that replaced a three-story parking garage. The 21-story condominium contains 48-units and 8 ground floor parking spaces.

Located in a Special Transit Land Use section of the Upper East Side’s Yorkville neighborhood, the project underwent several MTA and City Planning reconsiderations. Outsource was able to find a compromise with both departments on the project’s curb cut, which was designed for the 1968 Building Code. The new Zoning Amendment required the project to be built along the neighboring building’s lot line, removing the lawful court. Outsource was able to appeal City Planning and keep the buidling’s lawful court. Outsource consulted on the project and obtained all job approvals and permits.
