For this project, an existing office/retail space needed to be altered for eating and drinking. Outsource resolved a number of complications, including amended plumbing plans, as gas pipes were removed in favor of an all-electric system. A stop work order was also removed; it was issued due to a lack of ventilation during concrete mixing. Quickly removing the stop work order saved two weeks on the project timeline. Outsource provided consultation on the project throughout, obtained a TCO and secured all applications and permits including FDNY and place of assembly. The new restaurant now encompasses the cellar, first, and second floors.
