This landmarked, luxury residential building underwent a major conversion and restoration project that established it as a neighborhood gem. It includes four fully intact pavilion towers, a central carriage house, and restored original interior finishes.

Outsource worked on a major alteration throughout floors 1 to 8. This project included the subdivision of an existing tax lot into two separate tax lots, as well as a new fire wall to separate existing buildings, and a new egress stair to the west of the proposed fire wall. There was also a renovation and conversion of existing office space on the 3rd floor into a pharmacy.
