Solutions

This residential space renovation project involved the removal of an attic, and a conversion on the 8th floor for two residential apartments with accessory terraces. We obtained a ZRD1 approval for an existing non-complying rear yard requirement, and developed a creative solution for less than a 30’ depth throughout the rear yard.
